I have lost 26 inches and about four pants sizes in a month and a half. This has been great! My body is trained now and has a much faster metabolism than it used to. I know this because I ate half of a whole wheat pizza last week and the next day I had lost a pound. Explain that??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The compliments keep coming in and people keep asking me what I have been doing. However I did lose a total of 21 inches (3 inches off my waist and 4 off my abdomen). My family tells me that my fat has all turned to muscle and that's why the inches melt but the pounds have stopped.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My husband didn't feel good about me posting bikini pictures of myself on the internet so I tried to cover up without hiding too much (I want to get the full effect across as best as possible). Do you notice the difference?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have concluded that I'm glad I am doing this system because it has taught me some healthy habits and made me more aware of my body and what it needs. I have learned to recognize what it really wants when I'm hungry or low on energy. Now that I have lost weight and inches I am determined to keep it off by continuing these habits on my own. I know this same diet can be done for way less then what I paid to do it for.  So, I have created a system that works even better and is only $10. It incorporates protein/meal replacement shakes, metabolism boosters and cleansing. Yes, the results of much research and visits to the grocery store has paid off. I've concluded that my workouts are turning the fat into muscle which explains the melting inches but steady/slower loss of pounds. I was able to fit into a size 6 pair of jeans from when I was 16. Before I started this I was a tight 9 and loose 11 in jeans. From Tuesday to Friday I was out of energy and stuffed up. I lost my voice for two days and had a horrible sore throat. I wasn't able to do the system for most of this week. It hurt too bad to swallow and I had no energy to work out. Being a single parent while my husband was on business in San Francisco for 4 days took all I had.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The good news is I didn't gain any weight for not being able to do the system for 5 days. I actually lost 2 1/2 inches off my abdomen and another half inch off my waste. Now that I am healed I'm ready to go full force again tomorrow. I know I'm still in line with my target date June 20th. I have clearly dropped a pants size as my clothes are falling off of me. This morning I did the body test on my Wii and went from "Overweight" to "Normal". Yeah, celebrate! Let's celebrate with this recipe below.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have always been a sucker for sauces and that is probably why my extra pounds have always stuck. Ketchup, mayo, salad dressings, ranch, alfredo sauce, tartar sauce - you name it!  So when preparing my meals recently I wanted to come up with a low calorie, fat free, tangy, creamy sauce that could go with anything. Yes - I created it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This simple recipe for my Special "Weight Loss Sauce"  is the answer turning any meal into a delicious, delightful masterpiece! It's about 105 calories and yields up to 4 servings so about 26 calories for your meal. Not bad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Weight Loss Sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup plain yogurt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp. garlic powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp. onion powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp dried basil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp. sea salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dash of paprika&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1-2 Tbsp lemon juice (or red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, etc.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now to change things up you can substitute the basil with dill - for fish, wraps, potato salad etc. Add some grated lemon peel for zang. You could also try substituting the basil with curry for chicken and bean dishes, or cumin and chili powder for Mexican entrees and enchiladas. Add some green chilies. For ranch just add some dried parsley flakes. Also, for dressings try different vinegars. You can make a creamy balsamic dressing or a light red wine. For Asian foods try using ginger powder and rice vinegar. Maybe add some grated orange peel and a bit of honey or OJ and brush over grilled chicken. I have tried it all, you really can't go wrong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The sky is the limit! I use yogurt in place of sour cream or mayo in all my recipes, and my family loves it. It's all about the flavor you infuse into the yogurt. That's the trick.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I hope you enjoy this. It sure does wonders to salads, sandwiches and wraps. Try it as a dip or a spread. Yes, I have discovered a life saver and I want everyone to know about it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am living in a new body and never thought this would be possible. Literally the day I started this the results were already visible.  In the last two days I have received more compliments on my appearance and well being than I have received in the last three months total. It's been amazing. Just look at these pictures. The first was taken a day ago and the other last month (which was the same weight I was starting this plan). On the top you'll see a bloated, overweight and tired me and then on bottom an energized, refreshed skinnier me. The skinnier me picture was taken after the first day of my new weight loss plan (a day ago) and the results were already night and day. After 7 compliments within three hours I knew this truly was as good as they say it is!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not only have I lost a lot of weight very quickly, I &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;feel &lt;/span&gt;better. I posted the head shot to show how smooth, clear and glowing my complexion is. This is for anyone thin or fat who feels tired, bloated, sick, weak, and suffers from body aches, fatigue and digestive issues. If you want to lose weight or just feel and look like you're 18 again this is for you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I took a "before" picture in a swim suit that I will post at the end of my 30 days. Yes, it is embarrassing but necessary to illustrate my point. I can't wait to lose it all, 30 days is just around the corner. I had always hoped that I would be down to my high school weight by my 10 year reunion. However, it seemed to sneak up on me and I sadly realized that I was quite far from my weight goal. I had accepted my unfortunate disposition and decided to just "deal with it".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Two days later I called my little sister to say hi, and one topic led to another. She began to tell me about a weight loss plan she had discovered through some of her friends. She said it's guaranteed to melt 25 pounds away per month in the safest, healthiest and easiest way possible. Just like you, I thought, "yeah right". Then I started observing the success stories and testimonials and drew a little more interest. My sister had already started it and was loving it. So, I listened a little more. She then told me to go research it for myself and if it sounded like something I wanted to do, she would get me started. I decided I would look into it &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;if&lt;/span&gt; I had time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes, I was such a skeptic at first. I researched it with my husband for two days straight looking for something that would raise a red flag so I could prove to her and the world that this just isn't possible. To my surprise all the reviews online, Youtube, google etc. were all positive and supported by doctors and critics. I read credible articles, watched news stories all day long just looking for something....yet found nothing. With the reunion in the back of my mind I decided this would be my last chance to reach my goal on time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Needless to say, I just started my plan 2 days ago and have already lost 6 pounds. So right away you're already thinking, "That can't be healthy", well believe it or not it can. In fact, as I began talking about it with friends and acquaintances I quickly learned that many doctors are recommending this plan to their patients to rid them of several common serious health risks. Yes, you can lower your cholesterol, blood pressure, lose caffeine addictions, etc. and best of all lose weight with this new lifestyle. Having to count calories all day, fit in an extrenuous exercise plan and be self-disciplined have all been the very reasons why my past efforts to lose weight have failed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well let me tell you, not once have I felt deprived, starved or sick while using this system.  My snacks, drinks and foods that I eat throughout the day have all been calorie counted for me and are specially formulated to help me lose the weight safely and fast. The work has all been done for me, all I have to do is remember to eat and drink all day long. Easy? Absolutely!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My appetite is curbed, and the cravings are history. Every hour and a half to two hours I'm snacking and drinking while replenishing my body with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and ridding all the toxins and chemicals. I'm feeling full, and the pounds are melting off. My skin is smoother, my complexion is clearer, and my energy level is better than my three old son's. I feel 18 again and I'm looking closer to it each day. My husband has noticed and is loving it as much as I am.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Creamy, frosty thick shakes, sweet snacks, nuts, fruity citrus drinks, and delicious salads and lunches are all apart of my daily routine. My pantry is full and my meals are all planned out. I don't have to forget about what I love and that's food of course. Food is always on my mind because I'm always eating. My stomach never gets the chance to growl, I'm never dehydrated or thirsty, I feel great all the time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This system actually tricks your brain into thinking you are eating just like you were before, but you're not. Your metabolism speeds up and burns the stored fat very quickly. Thus, you get results after the first day and want to stick with it. You are not deprived of anything healthy you weren't already getting before. In fact most likely you weren't getting as much nutrition as you will be getting now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These photos are all pictures of the meals I've had in the last few days. Grilled shrimp salad, creamy tomato basil medley, BBQ shredded chicken and creamy cilantro dressing. You can have whatever you want for lunch each day as long as its under 600 calories. I always look forward to lunch!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love to cook and create in the kitchen and its fun to make meals that are healthy and taste better than restaurant dishes. These meals I have created are all under 400 calories and extremely filling and delicious. So I'm losing weight faster by keeping them around 400 calories. My snacks, drinks and shakes I take all day are rich in the nutrients I need to keep my body feeling great and the calories I need to stay alert, energized and nourished.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The ingredients are all natural - things you have in your kitchen. Cinnamon, pepper, berries, walnuts, fruits and veggies etc. There are no preservatives, drugs, stimulants, chemicals etc. These natural ingredients that we eat everyday and have been measured and formulated in just the right way to speed up your metabolism and rid your cravings and hunger. Let me tell you, it feels like a miracle for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Because I get results right away it's even more motivation to keep up with it. There is no doubt in my mind that I'll reach my goal. I know I'll keep it off because this new lifestyle is becoming a habit and very easy to maintain.
